How we handle your information.

Information we collect

When you submit the quote/contact form we receive what you enter: your name, email, and message, plus any optional company, phone, application details, and a calculator configuration if you arrived from the IPAC or SEP sizing tool. Along with each submission we record basic technical metadata (IP address, browser user-agent, and country) to help prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use your submission solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote. Each lead is stored durably in Cloudflare KV and emailed to our team via Resend so an engineer can follow up. We do not use this information for advertising and we do not sell it.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs that does not profile users across sites. Submitting the form sends a one-time verification token to Cloudflare to confirm you are human.

Analytics & cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects aggregate page-performance metrics without fingerprinting visitors or storing personal data. Because we use no tracking, advertising, or cross-site cookies, this site does not show a cookie-consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the site — Cloudflare (hosting, anti-spam, analytics) and Resend (email delivery) — each acting on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete them.
