In 1955, Diversified Manufacturing Incorporated opened with the goal of creating and manufacturing the highest-quality thermal engineering products. From a small garage operation to a modern manufacturing facility, we now offer engineering, fabrication, machining and assembly services — with over 65 years of quality commitment.
Our history

1955–1976
Founded in a 250 sq. ft. garage in Lockport, NY. Expanded by acquiring Lockport Engineering and Fabrication Co. and obtaining an ASME Code Stamp.

1976–1999
Doubled the facility to 80,000 sq. ft. Ownership changed hands; the Rotary Company was acquired.

1999–2013
Continued acquisitions including IPAC in 2004. Achieved ISO, PP and European PED certifications plus China and Korea Code Stamps.

Today
Expanded to 160,000 sq. ft. with state-of-the-art equipment, now operating as part of a broader manufacturing group.
